We are a fully licensed bunker supplier and harbour craft operator, accredited by the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (MPA). Our subsidiary, CNC Petroleum, holds both BDN and Harbour Craft licenses.
We operate two MGO barges — Davina and CNC 5 — equipped with MPA-approved mass flow metering systems. We are certified under SS 524:2014 for Quality Management in the Bunker Supply Chain.
Our vessels supply LSMGO 0.1% (DMA) and MGO 500 ppm (DMA) to harbour craft and ocean-going vessels, ensuring full compliance with MPA’s sulphur cap and ISO 8217:2010 standards.
