Managing Director
Sean is the Managing Director of PS Energy Group, where he shapes and drives the company’s long-term vision and strategy, creating sustainable value for customers, partners, and stakeholders.
He is instrumental in positioning the company as an agile and forward-looking leader in fuel distribution, navigating evolving market dynamics with innovation and resilience.
With a technical background and a strong passion for digital innovation, Sean led the digital transformation at PS Energy—enabling greater scalability, traceability, and operational efficiency.
Under his leadership, PS Energy Group has grown significantly, securing a strong foothold in Singapore’s fuel distribution across construction, logistics, industrial, and marine industries.
Patrick Ng Leok Kwee
Executive Director
Patrick is the Executive Director of PS Energy Group, where he leads the coastal, offshore islands, and marine bunkering business units. He oversees daily operations, drives capability development, and ensures adherence to industry standards and regulatory compliance.
Patrick also heads the company’s innovation team and is spearheading the rollout of sustainable fuels, including biodiesel and renewable diesel, across both inland and marine market segments.
In addition to helping shape PS Energy into one of Singapore’s leading multi-million-dollar fuel distributors, Patrick also serves on the board of KHC Holdings Pte Ltd, one of the country’s largest insurance agencies.

Ong Chin Han
General Manager
Chin Han is the General Manager of CNC Petroleum, responsible for customer engagement, profitability, and operational efficiency. With an engineering background and leadership experience in top Singapore firms, he has successfully led technical and project delivery initiatives. At PS Energy, he plays a key role in driving growth and expanding market presence, particularly in coastal and offshore refuelling, as well as the Philippines business unit. His strategic leadership continues to attract new customers and strengthen the company’s footprint in fuel distribution.
Alex Chong
Head of Sales – Industrial Fuels & Lubricants
Alex heads the Industrial Fuels & Lubricants Unit at PS Energy, bringing expertise in fuel distribution across construction, marine, and industrial sectors. He oversees sales, pricing, and operations to drive profitability and efficiency. Over the past three years, he has supported steady growth and risk management through effective credit and pricing strategies, even during global disruptions. Alex also helped lead the digitalisation of sales, credit, and pricing processes—enhancing scalability, transparency, and the overall customer experience.
Jeffrey Tan
Head of Bunker / Senior Manager – Marine Fuels Bunkering Business Unit
Jeffrey heads PS Energy’s Marine Fuels Bunkering Business Unit, leading MGO sales, securing term contracts, and growing market share. He oversees team performance and ensures timely, efficient deliveries, while managing trading, cargo, and inventory strategies in line with market trends. With deep industry knowledge and a strong track record in bunkering, Jeffrey plays a key role in strengthening PS Energy’s marine fuel bunkering presence and driving business growth.
