Job Description:
- Account management for company accounts and other designated accounts (AR statuses, new requirements, pricing updates, credit limit adjustments, etc)
- Follow up on quotations, product information, account action / remedy plans and ensure sales cycle completion
- Arrange and appoint sales activities to sales team and line manager, based on sales goals and CRM KPI
- Coordinate with sales team to update all contact / details information required for sales processing and ensure accuracy of CRM information
- Effectively collaborate and communicate with finance, operations, sales, and liaison with customers
- Provides any necessary order information, feedbacks or reports to the sales manager / sales team
- Creation and checking of sales orders matching ground deployed service type
- Ensure on correct billing price
- Update on AR aging receivables statuses from customers
- Deals with any customer complaints and resolves the issue as necessary
- Back up on other salespersons’ critical duties
- Assist on project biddings and tenders and any other necessary administrative work
Education / Experience:
- Diploma / Degree in any field
- 1 -2 years relevant experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Good relationship/Stakeholder management skills
- Good negotiation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools (ie; Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
